When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. When you make a donation, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your name and a comment.

Payment card details are entered directly into Stripe, our payment processor. They never pass through, and are never stored on, our servers.

We use your information to respond to your message, process your donation, send your tax receipt, and keep records required of a nonprofit organization. We do not use it for advertising.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the site work: Stripe for payment processing, Resend for sending email, and Vercel for hosting. Each processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe sets cookies necessary for fraud prevention and to process payments securely on the donation page.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing drewkelleherfoundation@gmail.com. We will respond as promptly as we can. Note that donation records may need to be retained to meet tax and reporting obligations.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
